We are taking a one week break between Spring and Summer to bring you something FUN for all! League Joe Summer Break is an event designs to bring everyone together for a casual evening of ball and getting to know your future competitors for the summer league. This event is free to attend* for anyone interested in playing!
* $4 Gate fee & Buy in for HR Derby and Skills Challenge to be Prize Eligible
Event is Held at Midwest Sports Complex
Games will be played at 7, 8, and 9pm depending on interest. Teams will be random with 12 players per team, with every player getting at least one full game.
- A soft, round nerf ball will be used
- Batters may swing anything to try to hit the ball except for a baseball or softball bat
- Fielders must carry something into the field in order to catch/stop the ball – but they can’t have a glove!
- Traditional softball rules apply, except a batter hit with a ball thrown by the defender is OUT (Dodgeball Rules)
- $25 Entry, 1 $10 Re-Buy Allowed
- Entry Must Be Purchased Before 8:15pm
- One compression tested bat allowed
- 220s OK
- 10 pitches, 8 swings
- Launch 650 Balls Used, 300′ Fences
- Must provide 1 pitcher and 1 shagger
- Women hit from 2nd Base. Will have own division with enough entries

2nd Place: 1 $50 Mystery Bag
